Firm History And Operations

Established in 1973, our firm has grown to 70 employees with 14 shareholders. Considering that the Final 4, and large regional firms, are headquartered outside the state, McDermott & Miller, P.C. is probably the largest CPA firm in the state.

We practice in the traditional areas of accounting: auditing, tax, bookkeeping, payroll. Our specialty areas are business valuation, cafeteria plan administration, estate planning, computer consulting, family business and succession planning, management consulting, medical and dental practice management, and litigation support.
